Guidelines

• By booking a court at Eclipse Pickleball, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• 1. Play at Your Own Risk
• All players participate at their own risk.
• Eclipse Pickleball, its owners, staff, and partners shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or loss incurred during or after play.
• 2. Personal Belongings
• Players are responsible for their own belongings.
• Eclipse Pickleball is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• 3. Damage to Property
• Any intentional or negligent damage to the court, equipment, lights, nets, furniture, or other property must be compensated by the responsible player(s).
• The cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.
• 4. Court Timing
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled slot.
• Your booking starts and ends as per the reserved time. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
• 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling are subject to the venue’s cancellation policy.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals unless approved by management.
• 6. Footwear & Equipment
• Only non-marking sports shoes are permitted on the court.
• Proper sports attire is recommended.
• Misuse of equipment is strictly prohibited.
• 7. Cleanliness
• Help keep the venue clean.
• Dispose of waste in designated bins.
• Eating and drinking (except water or sports drinks) is not allowed on the playing surface.
• 8. Respectful Behaviour
• Abusive language, fighting, harassment, smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Management reserves the right to remove any individual violating these rules without refund.
• 9. Children
• Players under 18 years of age should be supervised by a parent or guardian when required.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of minors.
• 10. Safety
• Players should warm up before play and use appropriate protective gear if required.
• Report any unsafe court conditions or injuries immediately to the venue staff.
• 11. Force Majeure
• Eclipse Pickleball is not responsible for interruptions caused by weather, power failures, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
• 12. Management Rights
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, or ask any person to leave the premises for misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of these policies.
• 13. Acceptance of Terms
• By confirming a booking, every player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these guidelines and policies.
