1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Successful payment through the Platform, and
• A booking confirmation has been generated by LetsBokit.

Please review your booking details carefully after confirmation.

2. Cancellation by Users

Users may cancel their booking based on the cancellation policy of the respective venue or event organizer.

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable cancellation terms and the time of cancellation.

Bookings cancelled outside the permitted cancellation window may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation by Venue or Organizer

If a confirmed booking or event is cancelled by the venue owner or event organizer due to operational reasons, maintenance, scheduling issues, or unforeseen circumstances, eligible users may receive:

• A full refund, or
• An alternative booking slot or event date, subject to availability.

LetsBokit will notify users of any such cancellations as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

If your payment is successfully deducted but the booking is not confirmed due to a technical issue:

• The transaction may be automatically reversed by the payment provider, or
• LetsBokit will assist in verifying the transaction and resolving the issue.

Please retain your transaction ID or payment confirmation while contacting support.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request has been approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking wherever possible.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available under the following circumstances:

• Failure to attend a confirmed booking (No Show)
• Late arrival resulting in reduced playing time
• Partial use of a booked session
• Cancellation after the applicable cancellation deadline
• Violation of venue rules leading to denied entry
• Incorrect booking details provided by the user

7. Events & Tournaments

Refund policies for tournaments, leagues, coaching sessions, and special sporting events may differ based on the event organizer.

Users are advised to review the event-specific cancellation policy before completing their registration.

8. Promotional Offers

Discounts, coupon codes, referral rewards, promotional credits, loyalty points, and gift vouchers are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified.
