How do I book a venue?
Booking is simple:

- Choose an available venue and time slot.
- Complete the payment.
- Receive instant booking confirmation.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Cancellation and rescheduling depend on the policy of the respective venue or event organizer. Please review the applicable policy before confirming your booking.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Once your payment is successful, you'll receive a confirmation on the platform and, where applicable, through WhatsApp. Your booking will also appear in your account.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through trusted payment gateways using industry-standard security measures. LetsBokit does not store your complete card or banking details.
What if my payment is deducted but my booking isn't confirmed?
If your payment is deducted and you don't receive a booking confirmation, please contact our support team with your transaction details. We'll investigate the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
